NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) Created by Sam Brusco of Brusco Design & Renovation, an NAHB Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Active Adult Housing Specialist.  Mr. Brusco also has a 78 year old mother who wants to continue to live in the same home where she has lived for the past 40 years.  She enjoys her garden and the company of her neighbors.  As a registered contractor, Brusco wants to keep his mother safe and happy by creating one-level living for his mother, at her house.
